Small team, wide remit.
Because we run three pillars with one team, people here tend to work across more than one of them. A week might cover a membership system rollout, an Employment Pass file, and preparation for a study mission in China.
That suits people who prefer range over narrow specialisation, and who are comfortable dealing directly with clients rather than through layers.
