HJV Momentum Sdn Bhd works with associations, foreign investors, and senior leaders who are looking to grow, expand, or professionalise their operations in Malaysia and across Asia.
Who we are
Most organisations trying to move into or out of Malaysia hit the same three walls: the regulatory path is opaque, the operational systems don't exist yet, and nobody senior has actually seen how it is done elsewhere.
HJV Momentum was built to answer all three from one place — technology, market access, and executive education — rather than leaving clients to assemble three vendors who have never worked together.
We are based in Kuala Lumpur, and our work runs along the China–Malaysia corridor in both directions.

Our founders
Founder & Executive Director
Hoh built a career in education marketing and institutional growth before founding HJV Momentum, and now leads the group across all three pillars.
Currently completing an MBA at Vision University College.
