Services we provide under a separate engagement letter, proposal, or registration form are governed by that document, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Programme details and pricing
Dates, itineraries, partners, fees, and eligibility for training programmes are subject to change and to confirmation at the point of registration. Figures shown on programme pages are indicative until confirmed in writing. Eligibility for any HRDC claim depends on the current scheme rules and on your own employer's levy position, and is not something we can guarantee on your behalf.
Registration, deposits, and cancellation
Where you register for a programme, the registration form and its terms govern your booking — including the deposit payable, the cancellation cutoff, and the refund position. Those terms take precedence over anything on this website. We recommend you do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until your place is confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, and design of this website belong to HJV Momentum Sdn Bhd or to our partners, and may not be reproduced or republished without permission. Third-party names and marks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners and are used to describe our partners and programme content.
