What we collect
Through the enquiry form on this website we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the nature of your enquiry, and any message you choose to send us. In the course of an engagement we may also collect information required to deliver that engagement — for example passport and employment details for an Employment Pass application, or participant details for a study mission.
Why we collect it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, to provide and administer the services you have engaged us for, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and — where you have agreed to it — to send you information about our programmes and services. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is necessary to deliver a service you have engaged us for, or where the law requires it. For an Employment Pass application this may include the relevant Malaysian government departments and portals. For a study mission this may include our delivery partners and the training provider of record. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside Malaysia
Where a service involves delivery partners outside Malaysia — for example a study mission in China — personal data necessary to that delivery may be transferred to those partners. [Confirm the transfer safeguards relied on before this policy is published.]
How long we keep it
